I don't buy many tickets for the jackpot type games, but when I do, any combination is fine far as I'm concerned. Take a look below at the numbers drawn from our local 6/39 game last night for example:

6-7-8-33-35-36

Anything can fall in a jp game.

If we're talking Calif Super Lotto you can expect three consecutive numbers roughly 4% of the time because they make up 4% of the possible combinations. If as you say three numbers in a row have never happened, then it's certainly due by now. Four numbers in a row, that I'd hand back of filter out of the wheel. BobP

Oh okay. I guess I'll just stick to picking my own numbers. Three numbers in a row have never happened. I feel like I wasted my money.

Yep has happen to me also. That's one of the reasons I try to avoid QP's. If I do get them, like Clairvoyance I pick some lines of my own and will purchase a few. And also welcome to Lottery Post willwinthecash

Aren't you allowed to make out play slips with a mix of numbers you like? Or do just prefer to have the computer pick your numbers and making you mad?

In some states, QPs can't be canceled but some stores will buy them back so the customer can complain again when they end up giving back a winner.

Yes that happens a good deal of the time with quick picks. I pick a few lines of my own and then will grab a few quick picks as well. Tonight on my powerball quick pick I got 20-34-35-36-53

Has anyone ever purchased a quickpick with 3 consecutive numbers? I bought one for superlotto plus today and it was 11 12 13 29 41 and 1. I was so mad because I didn't check the ticket until I got home. I would have asked for another one.
