			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think part of the saving grace was that the Powerball number was not the largest number of the six.  I was very shocked that it rolled, although I was correct about there being more second place winners than statistically expected (it was about double the expectation based on sales and odds of matching 5+0).  Also, my own state, Iowa, had one of the three $800,000 PowerPlay winners, so maybe it was my grandpa this time (it was not him who had it four draws ago). Most people play quickpicks and those who take the time to play their own numbers avoid having all numbers below 30. 1-2-3-4-5 and other obvious combinations might be the only real exceptions.</p>]]></description>
