Since 1/1/93, if Delaware was doing two draws a day they would have drawn a total of 9934 numbers as of this evening . If it's impossible for every number to have been drawn, how could any of them be overdue

Delaware Lottery is the hardest to win by a long shot, the computer has total control of results nothing random about it. Just follow it , it doesn't take long see it.

I would say Idaho. We also have computerized Pick 3 and I hate it. I have gotten it a few times, but not that often. I have hit other states more then I have hit my own.

It seems to be Delaware, maybe because I live here, but I can go for three or four years before I can even hit for $40.00 and they have computerized drawings here to I hate it.. I need to be cooled down because it makes me hot to think about computer drawings I voted to do away with it.

It seems like here in Oregon with the more draws that they are changing alot and are hard to keep a finger on. I have not been able to hit when I play pick4 here in Oregon although I do not play very much now and when I do it is usually a QP.-weshar75

Having played quite a few and never hitting one, I'd say Illinois - but, Pick 3, Pick 4, wouldn't they all be the same?
