			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is a good idea to make an effort to remain anonymous in my opinion.  The problem is some states make it next to impossible to do so by not allowing trusts, corporations, LLCs, etc. to claim prizes, only individuals.  These methods don&#x27;t guarantee 100% anomymity(which is in itself impossible), but they do make it harder to track someone down than just looking their name up in the newspaper.<br /><br />PrisonerSix</p>]]></description>
