My favorite is: We all get a lot out of lotteries , from the NSW Lottery.

I have come up with my own, We all win every day . I don't know if any state lottery uses that slogan, but it gets to point across that we all benefit from state lotteries. Even people who don't play benefit form the revenue raised.
