			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another thing, which is probably a good thing to know to keep anyone motivated to try ANYTHING to get some hits, is to not think of the numbers game as a 1 and 1000 chance to hit....<br /><br />Think of it as sports betting.  There is a 1 in 2 chance of winning with one side, or the other....winning with one total or the other, etc.  The same goes for numbers.  I don&#x27;t believe in the concept of random. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Gail Howard software doesn&#x27;t do Pick-3/4, but it can be setup for one ball games like the Power Ball from Powerball.  The D chart tracks what followed the numbers last drawn in the past.<br /><br />I setup three one ball games for the Florida Pick-3 to be positional and entered 1,000 past draws.<br /><br />The D chart gave me ten ranked digits for each position.  I found I had to use at least the top 5 digits which meant 125 positional bets to get any kind of traction.
