			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, I think it&#x27;s about time I throw something out here for the LP members and guests.<br /><br />After watching frequency patterns for the last few months, I&#x27;ve come to the conclusion that<br /><br />using the bias of numbers to my advantage is as good a way to get hits in Pick 4 as any system. (that I know of)<br /><br />This little program generates 108 picks. Does that seem like alot?
