I think West Virginia Cash25 is one of the better games. I don't really play any lottery games besides Pick 3, Wild Card 2 and Powerball.

Lose for Life is one of the country's WORST games. GA (and KY I believe) DON'T offer a cash option.

My vote for the best game in the US is Massachusetts Ca$h WinFall, which has a 60% payout. Number 2 is Florida Lotto, which eventually WILL have a 60% payout as well.

Forth place, I forgot to mention Virginia's Pick5 for 25 cents (but also needs 1 adjustment)....Adjustment: the range of the game needs to be from 1 to 30 or 28 and not from 1-35...

I think the best lottery of them all is: Win for Life (though it need some adjustments): First adjustment for Georgia and all state that have win for life: It needs to play every day or at least 4 days a week....Second adjustment: It needs to pay more for the lower prizes below the third prize...

In second place, is West Virginia Cash25 (also needs some adjustments with its lower prize) ....Adjustment: needs to pay more for the 3of 6 match, and 4of6 match...
