This was in the News Observer last month:

CAROLINA CASH 5

HOW TO PLAY: Players choose five numbers out of 39. The lottery draws five numbers to form the winning combination.

HOW TO WIN: Match two, three, four or five of the drawn numbers.

TICKET COST: $1.

i sure would love to try out the pick 5 thats fixing to start soon.if i were there i'd be playing it every chance i got.i live in tennessee near the arkansas,mississippi border so i'm way too far away to drive,lol.i would be able to do the pick 3 however if betslips happens to offer it in the future.

hey everyone.we found out today in lottery post news that north carolina will start its pick 3 in october.if your interested in betslips offering north carolina pick 3 we need to let our voices be heard and e mail them so they will offer it.the more support we garner the more likely it will be that they will offer it.
