			<description><![CDATA[<p>When it comes to lotteries, the closer you get to the point of playing all the possible combinations the closer you get to the point of a guaranteed win.  When I look at the top predictors the high-lighted members dominate the top of the list which also suggests this may be true.  Members with a limit of 25-50 predictions per drawings generally do better than those with a limit of 10, although there are a few regular members on the top too. He had this theory that we all get at least one night where every dime you&#x27;ve ever lost gambling and much more is  trying to come back to you  - but you have to be aware of it when it&#x27;s happeneing and most people aren&#x27;t.<br /><br />That&#x27;s why, he said, they would for example, win 22 hands of blackjack in a row without ever having increased their bet.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>A gambling buddy of mine said everyone has 15 minutes of luck every day. it can come in many forms like catching that cup of coffee before it spills, avoiding that accident at the red light, things of this nature. i have seen people play keno and they would do good for about 10 minutes then no matter what not win another game all day. Here&#x27;s the bad part i think my luck comes when i&#x27;m sleeping sometimes cause i do finally wake up.
