I had the exact message about 3 or 4 days ago, for a good 3 hours or so, from about midnight to about 3 in the morning. I finally just gave up and coughed it up to maintenance.

No problems since though.....

You're right, I have been noticing that too. Since it happens only every so often, it is probably some kind of memory leak or something. I've made some various fixes here and there -- nothing major -- so we'll see if it helps at all.

Anyone noticing the site slowing down starting at about 4:00: that was me making the updates.

Heres the message I get. Happened three times today:

Sorry, we have briefly taken our system offline to perform a maintenance function.

Maintenance normally takes no more than about 15 minutes. Try coming back in a few minutes and we should be back up running.

Still getting some intermittent lock-ups occuring. Happened a couple of times today but also for the past few days. Says the system is offline. A quick refresh and your'e back. Don't know if it's you or another glitch but....FYI

Sorry, I don't know why the site decided to flip out for the last few hours. Hopefully it won't do that again.
