Whenever you can get numbers directly from your dream experience, go with them. I'd play the P3 or P4 numbers with the 22 pair in them; i.e., 122, 221, 322, 223, etc. I wouldn't play 222 and I wouldn't split the 22 pairs. That would make for 18 straight P3 numbers, so if you don't want to try to cover all of those, just pick some that resonate with you.
