			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve noticed that lately the Delaware Lottery has added more scratch off tickets with higher prizes. We went through a dark ages for a bit where the $1 scratch tickets were less than $1000 top prize. Now there are 3 $1000 top prize scratchers. The old incarnation of 7-11-21 used to be $1500, and I&#x27;d like to see that again. In the $2 world, there are now two $5000 prize scratchers.<br /><br />Granted, the borderline states of PA and NJ have scratchers with higher prizes than these for the same buck, but... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/140417">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
