We went through a dark ages for a bit where the $1 scratch tickets were less than $1000 top prize. Now there are 3 $1000 top prize scratchers. The old incarnation of 7-11-21 used to be $1500, and I'd like to see that again. In the $2 world, there are now two $5000 prize scratchers.

Granted, the borderline states of PA and NJ have scratchers with higher prizes than these for the same buck, but... [ More ]
