			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think you are understanding the difference between the RNGs used for Quick Picks (to pick numbers to play) and the RNGs used for the drawings of some games.  They are completely different.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t think anyone expects the lottery ticket machines to have little lottery ball drawing machines inside of them every time you want to play Quick Picks, but I do think most people expect the lotteries to conduct real and fair drawings using mechanical ball machines.<br /><br />I would recommend that yo... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/140419/668403">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
