			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey, Win D, I always keep track of the hold out digits. In fact I have done past studies on the so called hold out numbers which I have named them. If you notice a number being held out in a particular spot either 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th for more then 20 draws, then it is safe to eliminate that number for the next 20 draws, sometimes 30. The key is to see that it has been vacant for 20 draws first, then eliminate it from any combo sets you have at least for the next 20. Anyway.... if you are a bold player ...and you are sure of only one number that will hit in  the next.... here ya go.
