A few days ago 390 hit in the Illinois Mid Day Pick 3 and again in the Evening Pick 3

Now 1903 in Tennessee Pick 4.....traveling numbers mid day to evening, state to state, and pick 3 to pick 4

That happened here in PA not too long ago, and they use two different draw methods for the midday and evening.

Today 9/1/2006 Tennessee Cash 4 had identical numbers drawn for the

Mid-Day and Evening.

Mid-Day 1903 Payout $11,800

Evening 1903 Payout $67,800

The Evening payout was one of the largest since Cash 4 went to 2 draws

a day (in Tennessee). Normally any combination which has a 0 in it tends

to have smaller payouts. Does this mean players are using Mid-Day numbers

for their Evening picks? What do you think
