			<description><![CDATA[<p>My question is. The money collected from online gambling where will it go? The states make it go to education but where online gambling will go?<br /><br />Because if it goes into something else and not into education (or whatever worthy cause your state has it) the government maybe worry that the online gambling (online lotteries) will steal customers from the state lottery thus losing revenue...<br /><br />Laura Simpson from Great Lakes illinois, deserves to be rich... 			<description><![CDATA[<p>IMHO, gambling is a narcotic.<br /><br />No matter what the government does, folks who want to gamble, and folks looking to make some easy money, will find a way to do it.<br /><br />It&#x27;s probably easy for banks to identify gambling accounts now, but it won&#x27;t be for long.<br /><br />I&#x27;m not an expert on the technical aspects of the internt, but I suspect that the only way to interrupt on-line gambling is to block the gambling sites, which means censorship to the nth degree.<br /><br />I think any politician pushing internet... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/140812/688157">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>My choice would have been &#x27;leave it the way it is&#x27;, so the only choice I can vote on is &#x27;not sure&#x27;.<br /><br />I&#x27;m kinda tired of new taxes, I mean, we get a paycheck, I lose 30% to taxes, I have 70% left, and THAT gets taxed when I buy something - anything.<br /><br />I&#x27;d rather see us pull out of Iraq and save the billion a day we spend there.</p>]]></description>
