			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you win any prize in a lottery you will need to file a claim to get it.  In most states if you win less than $600, you can file a claim at any retailer that sells lottery tickets with a terminal by simply presenting your ticket for verification.  If your winning is $600 or more but less than $5,000 you will receive a voucher to pick up your money at a bank. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s also a good idea to make a better descriptive Subject, since  quick question  does not really say anything about your topic, and Mega Millions players won&#x27;t know to look in there.  Maybe  Question about Mega Millions prize payouts  would be better.</p>]]></description>
