Is there really any mystery here. You can buy the first 2 digits for $26 dollars at .25 cent wager. You still have to get the last digit correct. So, seems to me, odds would then be 1 in 10 of hitting last digit. Is this correct?

Try whatever state you live in. I know this might seem crazy, but if in the next six days you pick just one right, you would of not lost a dime. And if you picked just 2 numbers during the week, correct you would of won $600. And if could just pick 2 correct numbers out of 10, each week, you would make over $31,000. a year.
