			<description><![CDATA[<p>Assuming NY keeps the payout at a ridiculously low 38%-40%, the next version of NY Lotto should IMO have lower jackpot potential with  better  lower tier prizes. Maybe go back to the 6/54 two-for-a-dollar, or the 6/51 game that was $1 a play.</p>]]></description>
