You are quite correct in your comments that neural networks will not predict the winning numbers everytime. They are however very powerful prediction tools that when used with other ai toolsets can reduce your odds and give you more winnings than other methods. The trick is to model the lottery you are playing correctly and then let the system work.

A neural network is a term used to describe any computational system whether it is through electronic, or even yet to be designed means that emulates (mimics, imitates, simulates) the way a brain operates or connects. In other words, another attempt by men of science to decipher and try to reverse engineer the inner workings of the most complex of all things, brains.

The neural comes from neurons which are the cells a brain is mainly composed of; and the network is the way they are

Is not the first time that i come across articles that says that someone use neural network techniques to hit the lotto...DO anyone of you know what neural network is?I think is the way your brain works but that's all i know..It is very complicated to understand..For example lotto sorcerer say they use neural network....
