There have been people in California who have won more than $1 million for a 5+0 match, because Calif. treats the 5+0 prize as a separate mini-jackpot prize, which rolls every time there is no 5+0 winner. It's a pretty neat way to do it.

It's pari-mutuel geos. It depends on their sales and payouts.

Would you still be complaining if their was only 1 5+0 Winner in California and they were getting $418,302 while the other 5+0 Winners were getting $250,000? I think NOT
