Well, it only took 11 drawings for 5 numbers to appear in the lower tier group! This appearance wasn't predicted but did occur very early nevertheless...

In my opinion and experience, during a new lottery start up, the lottery pool is not considered totally mature until all numbers have appeared at least once. With this consideration in mind it is being advised that the (normal) activity of the lottery pool should not be expected until maturity occurs. The Oklahoma lottery pool has experienced an interesting start up remaining in dormant phase the first 4 drawings. Normal startups require approximately 10 draws before typical movement is observed. It's a prime time for viewing which numbers are destined to be hot such as 11, 16, 27 appear to be, and which numbers will spend most of their time in the bottom of the bucket.

You are correct, filtering does eliminate the guarantee of the wheel. But, if the range of that wheel is, say, 52 to 155, (for example only), and the total sum of the numbers drawn is 95 and all numbers drawn appear within the group of numbers you wheel, and you filter that wheel down to 90 to 100, there is a positive chance you will end up with a 4 match, plus lower tier two three matches. I have personally experienced what I am advocating here.

You might want to avoid filtering the 4/5 Abbreviated Wheel. The filtering destroys the guarantee of the wheel and reduces your chances of a 4/5.

For OK 5/36 a 4if5in18 is 244 lines. $244 invested for a return of $500.

The new Oklahoma Cash 5 should be fun tracking it's early progress. Seem's there's lot's of controversy concerning the value of the whole thing. My evaluation is at least Oklahoma now has a pick 5 to play. If one hits it, they now have $25,000.00 more than they had before. It should be much easier to predict because it has an even amount of numbers, (36). Using the StatPath 5 System, it only requires an 18 number 4if 5 wheel to wheel the numbers.
