If you look at the chart that jarasan posted notice that the odds for a 4/5 match with bonus ball is: 115,151.....and it only pays 500? How stingy can you be...Can you at least raise it to 1,700 (after taxes and not before)...

notice that a 4/5 with No bonus ball pays $400 and the odds are: 3,489...So why can the 4/5 with the bonus ball pay more than 500...

..Great, you won the lottery, but is only you..

Having all five on the same ticket is definitely a weird feeling, a kind of stomach thing, thinking to yourself why didn't I wheel these numbers etc., because it happens occasionally, but you never know when, as a matter of fact last night I had all five on the same ticket for MD. BM5.

I like the NJ Pick5 its pari-mutiel and grows quickly, I wish I could play that one regularly. LOL

jarasan

In my opinion (for what little it may be worth), I would not only cash it (GA Fantasy 5 is parimutual, so the payout can be decent, my last 4 of 5 gave me $385 cause over 100 folks got 4 of 5 on that game) and add it to the list of damn near close tickets. I would use the winnings to redouble my efforts to go after the bigger prize.

At least 4 of 5, 3 of 5 and even here in GA, 2 of 5 gives you something. Could not say that for either Cash 3 or Cash4. Miss one number and you get nothing.

pumpi76, Lottomike was off by a day (still impressive!), the winning numbers were 2-17-19-25-28 bonus # 15 Sept 09, 2006, if you look at his predictions for MD. Bonus Match 5 for Sept 08, 2006 and played them all on the 9th.of Sept. approximately $40.00 worth you would have won approx. $900.00. 4 out of 6 pays $400.00, 3 out of 6 is $15.00 BM5 MD. has a bonus ball that you add in your 5 out of 5. If you have the bonus ball and 4 of 5 is $600.00 and 3 of 5 w/ bonus ball $30.00. This game I play,... [ More ]

Why be embarrassed? A clerk applauded me for winning $7 in keno. $150 isn't a bad payoff for doing nothing. Buy more tickets with it if you wish; you can use some pick-3 strategies with that amount.

I would think about keeping it twice. You can give yourself credit by taking a picture of it and framing it. I just had a 4/5 Florida Fantasy 5 pick on Mon (9/11) that paid $835.50 because there was no 5/5 winner. Now the question is would you keep that ticket or would you cash it in? My answer... Screw being embarrased and give me my $835 pronto! Seriously, money is money be it $5 or $5000 I'll take what I can get. The state lottery gets enough of my money already.

What would you do if you bought the following ticket: 09-14-25-30-33 and what plays is: 09-14-26-30-33?And asume the payout for a 4/5 match was 150...Would you cash it?

If it was me I would've kept it and give myself some credit and some stripes/stars...

All that close just for some embarrasing 150 I wouldn't cash it even if it was KentuckyCashball 4/4 + 0?
