LOL, well, thats the kind of lifestyle I like to live tntea. It's just so much fun lol. Of course, I know enough to know that life is not about the material. But if its fun to use and own, why not?...The apartment or house I live in, the more free time I have on my hands, All the clothes I have no problem giving away to charities...that is what will also make people wonder what I do on the side.

If you spend money like that no matter what you win your happiness will be short lived. Your recipe for spending your winnings is a sure fire way to end up panhandling on street corner.

I think a sure fire way to give your spending longevity is contained in reason 23 which you did not post.

Reason 23 You have money to invest and should at least 60% of your winnings in interest bearing somethings. Oh and don't forget to pay your taxes. I hear taxes are a tough go in the UK.... [ More ]

First reason: BIG mistake.

It's been proven from past winners that have done this that all the relatives will do, in turn, is go run up even MORE bills, and come cryin' to you for even MORE money........ and split the family apart when you don't give it.

It's not the money - it's the principal of self-restraint.

The ONLY thing I would even consider doing is telling my siblings: 'You have one week to tell me the payoff amount for your mortgage, and who to pay, and *I* will send... [ More ]

It's a secret thatz not eazy to keep, but I know i have to for privacy concerns. People think that I'm into the drug business or something when I tell them I have a second source of income lol. driving to work at my local subway in a brand new stang will make people wonder.

Eh, it's fun to keep them guessing...no one could ever guess I gamble, let alone make money from it.

I did have some ice cream cake today...the best stuff on earth

One thing i'll love to do: HIre Professors, expert in Math, Probability, statistics to teach me classes...Sort of like your one private school in your own home...I prefer that than going to a college...Because you can ask all the questions you want and you can take your time...

I watched an interview of 5 successful self-made millionaires. All 5 were businessmen, not athletes, entertainers, lottery winners, etc.

Of the 5, 4 were in business attire. The 5th looked like the hermit from some mountain top.

The question was, When did you realize you were successful?

The first 4 gave rather boring, if not predictable answers...

When I had more than 100 employees.

#5.. I dont' like shopping and will just go after what I need sale/no sale. #6.. No desire to see DisneyWorld.

I would not even do half those things, and still be very happy. Infinite financial freedom would be enough alone. That and a big house full of gadgets and a few cars, and I will be in paradise.
