I am just making a guess, but I think that I know which program Janet is talking about, so therefore I am also guessing that I know who is it's programmer and it is over between me and any programmers other than sysp34.

The only two options that I see are:

Entering the draws by hand or importing them from a file.

As I said before, the web site and or updates might not be there forever.

Do you see how much trouble is entering the draws by hand with that antique system that the program uses?

There are easier ways of entering draws, but that program is stuck with that antique system.

I have some ideas that would have a good chance of solving the problem of updating the draws for all the states witho... [ More ]

I have a program where the live update is not working from the site it is pulling from. Contacting the administrator have been futile. Is is possible that I can buy a live update to work with my program. I have access to the identifiers where they can be changed.
