			<description><![CDATA[<p>These events are relatively rare, but certainly they aren&#x27;t impossible.<br /><br />It didn&#x27;t happen this time, but it may in the future.   In fact the odds of many sequences in a row of such events are much higher than winning either Powerball or MM.    Powerball is going through a string of runs wherein large jackpots always result.   This will not happen all the time however.
