Brad,

I did see that the :10 was approximately the number of seconds into the broadcast, by the 3 does not match with the drop of the first ball. It is actually 6 seconds. Windows Media Player has a small time counter on the bottom, so I was able to easily count the number of seconds. You may be right about it; maybe they were late in starting it, I don't know.

The select white balls and number 3 is actually a countdown clock to open the drawing machine for the white balls. If you count 3 seconds after that apprears the numbers start to be drawn. The :10 is how long the video segment has been running so far.

Brad

I happened to be checking out the Mega Millions drawing video from last night, and noticed a strange glitch. At 8 seconds into the video the screen went black for one second, and in the 9th second of the video it showed the superimposed text, SELECT WHITE BALLS, 3, (:10) .

I'm not exactly sure what that means probably an error by the person working the video control board. I was able to save a screen grab:

Anyone who wants to check out the video for themselves can go to http://www... [ More ]
