It could mean your daughter is sick and infested with parasites.

She could have become infected from batheing in the ocean.

Or could be she is doing something secret, from you, keeping it ssecret.

A conch is white and it lives in a shell in the sea. Bahamians make conch salad and fritters out of it when it is taken out of the shell. I hope I described it good enough, I don't have a dictionary handy but there maybe a better meaning in there.

I posted a dream about my dauhgter being in the bathroom with a bag of conch two days ago and I would like someone to please help me with that dream.
