			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have used Arlene&#x27;s Program   I agree with Todd   I get better results on my own.  She does give good numbers but only some states get good results in different times.  In my opinion, she does not update each state as often as Lottery Queen does.  Like PA, OH, Ill, DC, MO just got updated on sept. 13, 2006.  It&#x27;s been 3 months since Fla. has been updated.  Her pair programs are great   to this day, I still use it   it is a great tool.
