1. Is the Oracle that you are using by TCI/PICK34/Mike?

Yes.

2. If so, I know there are settings on it (based on other programs by him/them), what do you have them set at?

These settings generally are: HHH HHL HLL LLL / OOO OOE OEE EEE / SINGLES DOUBLES TRIPLES

There are no settings, other than entering the last draw. Very simple to use, that is why I like it.

3. Have you done any tests for states other than California? If so, how did it do?

That is it Emi. Eve to Eve, and Mid to Mid. I tested it both ways and Mid to Mid and Eve to Eve works the best in California. El-Ho

I've been back testing Oracle and see that over the past 3 weeks it's hit boxed 3 numbers three times in Florida, but nothing for the pick 4. Have you had any luck with the pick 4?

I have not worked with Pick-4. It is a tough one to beat with Pick-4 Oracle.

How do you manage to narrow down the 36 numbers to a more manegable group?

I play them all when I play. I don't play every day. Escondido John
