This may work very well for all State although not proven try back testing.

Go back 2 weeks in your numbers so Sept 13 go to pick 3 and pick a draw at random use non double or non triple number.

Say you pick 146

take 146 x by 3.14 so you get 458.44 use the number 458 add a zero so you get 4580 that is your all state pick 4 number box.

so 912 x 3.12 gives you 2863.68 so use 2863.

Check it out maybe it can get refined better have not tried it using state numbers only like Tenn pick
