Hey Coin Toss!

I would stick with the same 4 for probably no more then 4 or 5 days.

It's funny how people always ask me how long to play the numbers, great question though, because , of course, we don't want to keep playing and getting nothing. When I'm writing a system, usually if I don't see a hit within 5 days or a week, tops, I won't post that system. And that might even be a little long for some folks.

These paper and pencil workouts are great, but I have to ask....when you say add the number to itslef, subract 10, then play that and the next three numbers (so far so good), and then say look what happened three days later:

1. How many days do you play them for?

2. and, let's say we start with tonight's evening drawing...

so tomorrow we have four numbers to play, and if we play them for the next three days, what about tomorrow's drawing? In other words are you playing... [ More ]

Appreciate that, tntea! Caught that earlier on your thread. Using the strings seems to cut down your choices in half, instead of having 6 evens to choose from in group 1, you only have 3 now. Hope it helps you out for the next week or so.

Interesting find... I started back testing in Ohio from 2 weeks ago.

I used the midday draw of 098. Using the +222 it yielded 321 322 231 232 221 222

The evening drawing of the SAME DAY was 222!!

An evening drawing of 839 produced 162 163 072 073 063 064:

the next 3 evening drawings were 751 222 603 bx.

Good question,angeltat2! With this particular system I found that 5 days was my limit then I would change to a new set. Only backtesting for your state will give you better answers. Sure hope you checked out the +13 method on the other thread. Try them both out and see which does better!

You're almost there,Wheeler! I see what you're doing. You are continuing to +1 to the middles for the next 2 after, whereas I wrote it as just to go up in order. There are no rules in using these systems so that's fine if the way you are doing it produces results for you.

This is what the system would have given you if done the way it states.

I tried it on Ohio's Thursday, evening number (486) and 2 boxed numers were there for Saturday mid and evening drawings. 486 + 486 = 862 - 10 = 852, 853, 854, 855

example 287

+555=732 (7+5=12,drop the 1)(8+5=13,drop the 1)(2=5=7)

When you say 4 days are you suggesting playing the same numbers for 4 days or use the current draw for that day in your workout, ie due the workout for 4 days?

I like to try lots of your ideas. So far they have been great.

If it works for your state, you should see a hit within 4 days. On the 4th day the draw was 301.

Hopefully everyone who's reading this will certainly try that method also if the +222 doesn't seem to be working as well. WOW!!

I tried this method again with a high number, using Tuesday's (10/3) Ohio evening drawing of 808. Again, since this was a high number I subracted 222:

808-222=586

subract one from each number 486, 576, 585

subract 2 from each middle number gave me 466, 556, 565

the consecutive numbers after each 467 468, 557 558, 566 567

Wedesday's (10/4) Ohio evening draw was 557 straight!! I only wish I had played it!

THIS IS MY FIRST POST but i had to let you know that i tried your system with the California DAILY 3 numbers 595 from the OCTOBER 1 DRAWING.

I CAME UP WITH THE FINAL NUMBERS :

THE NEXT DAY THE NUMBERS DRAWN WERE 892.

You're right, it is a puzzle, maybe that's why I enjoy it so much. Always been a big puzzle fan, especially crosswords. I have a pick 3 system in the works that is like sudoku, a big challenge to say the least!

Interesting you mentioned about working with numbers that haven't been drawn in ages. I asked awhile ago if anyone knew what numbers had never shown in the CA. pick 3 but no answers. Do you have any idea, or do you only keep track of your own state?

Very interesting method. I decided to try a reverse method using Monday's (10/2) midday drawing with 958. Since it was a high number, I subtracted 222, and subtracted 2 for the other numbers to stay consistent.

My numbers came out 618, 619, 517, 518, 217, 218. Today's Ohio midday draw was 168!!

I'll be doing some more testing of my own on this method.

Boy, that Massachusettes is one tough nut to crack. I had trouble getting my pick 5 strings to work there also. Love the state, (especially Boston) but it doesn't love my systems.

I have been working on some complex issues with the Pick-3 games...this is like a puzzle to me...the more info I gather, the more I am armed to hit this sucker. Using VA. drawing---

Using the same method shown earlier today, make a new number from this one.

8+5=3

5+0=5

8+0=8

New number is now 358.

Now do it one more time.

3+5=8

5+8=3

3+8=1

New number is now 831.

Next night's result was 193.

I've tried this a lot and it always seems to be just one digit away.

I thank you for your efforts and for answering my post and offering yet more things to try. I find all of this fun and it also can be lucrative. I think that you are probably correct that some work and some do not depending on the circumstaances. But one can always backtest or for that matter forward test on paper to see if any consistancy exists.

To answer your questions, I'm not really sure how consistant this will work in FLA. since I haven't done any backtesting for your state. A straight is always possible, of course, but my best advice would be to do a little more testing yourself and see how productive it was in the past. I tried your system today and it won on a box pick. Man!! Not a great deal of money but better than losing and showing a profit is showing a profit. How consistant do you think your strategy is?

hi lottolaughs, retxx reporting in from the 480 example we tried here. tonights number was 979. a close one using the 555+ which I think I willstay with for a while. Would be great if you or someone on the post could turn it into an excel spreadsheet to use. Then all we would do is enter the previous number and the calculation is complete. Hi lesonook!

I would just drop the 1 in front and use the 199. In working with drawings that have doubles, it's always a little tricky. Sometimes they don't always give the best results. My best advice would be to use a drawing with 3 single digits, so if you have to go back a drawing or two, that's alright.

Thanks for this one lottolaughs, I'm sure I'm not the only one here who likes the paper and pencil workouts.

I especially like the ones where youonly need the last numbers drawn, not 7, 12, or 30 days of results.

Just one question, early on on the thread you mentioned coming up aith a number and then playing the next two, I'm thinking you meant the number also, which would be three groups, not two, and that would make 9 altogether. Is that right?

Hi Kidzmom!

It sounds like you've almost got it. Take the 517 and +1 to the 5 which will give you 617. +1 now to the 1 in the middle and that will give you 527. Now +1 to the 7 on the end, hence, 518.

After you derive at these 3 new numbers you will +1 again to the middles of each.

617=627

527=537

518=528

395+222=617, using lottery math its 517, this I understand. Now add +1 to each number individually I understand however how did you come up with the 527,518 etc? I am not following how you arrived at your numbers, if you don't mind could you please explain?
