I'm really shocked that PB jackpot won three times in a row after a string of 100+ million jackpots. Has the Kansas jackpot winner and/or Louisana jackpot winner come forward and take cash

NY and Texas still require the cash/annuity choice to be made when purchasing a ticket. California did so on Super Lotto Plus until it joined MM last year.

Did the Wisconsin winners come forward? If so do we know how many total winners (was it exactly 100?) and how many took annuity versus lump sum?

Also there was a Mega Millions winner on August 1st in New York. They were from Queens and won $31 million. Does anyone know if they came forward? It is always interesting to hear the winner's story and also see if they chose annuity or lump sum. If they chose lump sum how much was it before income taxes

Sept 23- $200M

Sept 27- $ 15M

Sept 30- $ 15M

What are the odds of this happening
