LottoVantage, I usually predict in my CA SLP Picks when the winning numbers of MM are 5 white balls 47 or less and MB is 27 or less. My strategy in MM predictions is not to use the winning numbers for the next draw started by Maddog10.

I plan to cease posting the Mega Millions results on this thread. I will continue posting the results on my blog as the blog contains significantly more information and graphs for viewing. My reasoning for this decision is primarily time savings and convenience. Additionally, this adjustment may provide enough time for some additional new postings.

True, 18 finally came in..a real cold # but so is #25....I don't think that 2 cold balls will come up one right after the other. In all likelyhood...the #25 won't make a appearence at least for next 60 or 75 draws. The best bet would be on the #4 or the #36.(in the near future).

As for the regular string of 5 balls....my pick will be 5 out of 12..using a 60$ wheel..and they are:

2-5-8-13-18-24-27-34-36-48-50-54

You may have a long wait if you are expecting StatPath 5 to predict a winning combination, as I understand it's a graphic display of numbers characteristics and it's up to the player to pick the winning numbers based on their mode.

Thanks for the interest and replies Prob988 RJOh! Some further explanation is necessary here. In the first place, the StatPath 5 Lotto System is not based on randomness, or past hits. The system is based on a characteristic anomaly which occurs in all lottery systems. The graph below is an archived record of results for the Mega Millions lottery when the matrix was changed. I'm sure you believe what you wrote and it may even be true, but what you believe doesn't improve your odds of winning any more than those of lottery players who believe they have a strategy to win.

For me half the fun of playing the lotteries is picking combinations to play and unless you're playing quick-picks, you need a strategy. I enjoy analyzing past drawings and picking combinations that I believe will do well in future drawings. I've only come close to winning a jackpo... [ More ]

Like you, I did as well as one might expect from a random distribution of numbers.

If I assembled a list of more than 170,000,000 numbers, I would expect there to be a 70% chance roughly of winning, if the numbers I picked were random. If I took 5 years picking numbers at a rate of one per second with the proviso that no set of numbers were repeated, my chances would be almost 100%, but of course it is impossible for anyone to actually do this.

LottoVantage, MB 18 did come up in MM. Now I'll suggest MB 25 on the next draw because MB 25 is the only MB that hasn't been the winning number in MM. My pick in your challenge strategy LottoVantage in the next draw is 5-10-26-34-50 MB 25. Good luck to you.

Well, I had (1) 2 of 5 match in the upper tier numbers, 02-18-20-44-46 +4, and (1) 2 of 5 match in the lower tier nmbers, 01-21-30-35-42 +4. No biggie, Prob988, but it was fun nevertheless! As far as actual predictions are concerened, it appears no one else here exceeded these results. By the way, how well did you do?
