We had no WATER on 10/4 and a violent lightning storm the same night almost knocked out power (booted me offline for a while though).. in light of that, 1 day w/o Lottery Post was survivable (I didn't even get to try to go on anyway that day and it's normal for any web site to be down once in a while) - but for more than a few days I would certainly miss it. Even worse was when Corzine shut down the actual Lottery here for a week.

When reading about others who lost their internet connection and a connection to LP, I smiled at their misery. I will not say what I thought; don't wish to be negative here.

After 24 hours without LP I have made a great discovery about myself.

I am addicted to LP!!!!

Todd, if you do this again, I will ask that you pay for my counseling and/or re-hab.

I saw the thread thanking Todd for his hard work bringing the site back up, but had to ask other members how they were able to cope without the post yesterday/this morning....

I found myself a bit lost...to say the least.

True that we really don't appreciate something until we lose it.

What are some of the ways you were able to cope with the loss of the post yesterday ?
