			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thank you for posting that note.  They are basically confirming something that I have heard from many different sources.  This new law is not the sweeping end to Internet gambling that everyone has been predicting.  It&#x27;s another dumb law that is wide open to interpretation, and only hurts small banks.</p>]]></description>
