Thank you for posting that note. They are basically confirming something that I have heard from many different sources. This new law is not the sweeping end to Internet gambling that everyone has been predicting. It's another dumb law that is wide open to interpretation, and only hurts small banks.

I edited the e-mail you pasted here and took out your personal information. Nobody should ever post their personal e-mail address on a public forum. I was Kinda wondering the same thing myself..if we should take our money out of our account and run..or what..

If you have money in your account is it still illegal to bet since they are removing said money from your betslips account and not using a credit card
