From what I understand, there is nothing in the new law that deals with transfers INTO your bank account from someplace else.

Great and informative post Tungsten Chef! If Netteller isn't subject to US laws, then how does having Netteller transfer funds into a US bank come into to play? Between Todd's and your expertise, it sounds like we're overreacting to this new legislation. Thanks

This is what I've been trying to tell everyone. In fact, this whole gambling law may be a blessing in disguise, because not only does it not change the legality of gambling online, but it also will have a calming effect on the US House and Senate, as they will definitely not revisit this subject again for a long time.
