Ohio according to the State Lottery Report Card is not computerized it is a 100% true lottery drawing.<br /><br />Meaning as far as timing is concerned it&#x27;s how many seconds are allowed before the first # is pulled, between the 2nd#   the 3rd #. They only have a certain amount of time designated for the draw. But it is how much time is spent on each phase of the draw. Timing is everything.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Bomberos..each number will rotate being the last number to complete the 0-9 sequence in any order..15 days isnt very much..it can be much worse when especially if you tract for instance your 9 to a specific position for example 9xx, x9x, xx9</p>]]></description>
