I went with the odd/even pattern then due to what had fallen previous...

I find it important to use that pattern to eliminate a lot of numbers being played..

If you watch the patterns for the past say 24 draws.. then stick with one e/o patter that seems to be the hottest.. you would use #'s like this

if you were going 2 oe 2 ee 13

In first set the odd would have to be lower than the even.. it will cut out a lot of other numbers..

That total amount of combinations is using all 39 numbers...But what if you narrow the size of your wheel and use 25 or 28 or 30? That should narrow down the group to i would say half..And if you eliminate the sum totals that play on previous draws like how i mentioned on an earlier post then i say it should leave you with 30... Carbob are you saying that you can filter e/o with expert lotto? Carbob don't get mad or anything but i could be wrong, but i think you filtered 3 odds and 2 evens and you got 2646. Filtering 3 odds and 2 evens is not the same thing as filtering OEOEO. Remember when you are filtering OEOEO it means that 1 odd number is going to in be first place (position) then 1 even number is going to be second place (position) then another odd number is going to be on third place (position), followed by and e... I did a quick run just using the 212 and there are 79,092 combos left. What other filters you want to use? I used the OEOEO filter and now 2646 combos are left. That's using only 2 filters. That's just a sample. There are other filters to use.

Sounds good...I thought with Florida's Fantasy 5 last night that the 7 would repeat itself and it did, just not in 2nd position ex: 7-9-12-28-31. The pattern was 3-0-2 which was a reapeat from last nights 3-2-0 combination.The 2-1-2 is due since it has been 5 drawings since it has emerged. Last night I was using previous drawing results to predict a comfortable set of numbers that could possibly re emmerge using the numbers from last night drawing which were 3-7-13-18-19.

I am trying to look for a pattern of oe hierarchy. If you look by the day (Compare Tuesday to Tuesdays) I think you can predict what the next pattern will be. I have found 1 case where it repeated an oo pattern 3 times in a row.

I was able to continue the experiment with RnG, pick5, 1-35 and i did it 51 times and matched the e/o combo 18 times and 33 times i got repetitions: Not as good as i wanted but If you think about that means that i match the e/o combo almost every 2 tries, even though it didn't go evenly/smoothly like that...The good thing about this is that i only needed to match the o/e combos ONE TIME, and yet i did it 18 TIMES out of 51 tries...The 33 rest were repetitions of combos so i didn't get it right... Ok.. the color coded was separating the odd from the even numbers.. Nothing more...

For instance if you wanted the 2oe2oe1o you would only pick the odd number that was higher than the even number you picked in the first group.. Remember the numbers will appear from least to greatest after ticket is printed.. Hope that makes sense..

I studied and experimented with the o/e part and got good results...They were for pick6 but they could be applied to pick5 too...Basically if you write all the o/e that played you would notice that they don't repeat in future draws so you could say that each draw's o/e is unique...Pick6 most common o/e has 56 o/e but i don't know how many pick5 may have will have to see...But i shall soon post them on this post or on ready for some powerball schooling on pick6 forum...

IMO (I said IMO), I don't think narrowing numbers down to just 3 groups is buying you much at all because that is almost a 'given', you need to narrow it down to 5 or 6.

One thing we might do to help determine the ooeeoo pattern is to convert the odd/even pattern to a decimal number.

If we set odd = 0 and even = 1 we can substitute the numbers for the letters. Take the pattern

Substituting 0 for all the o's and 1's for all the e's we get

OK, I just ran this for Illnois Little Lotto for the past 30 days, using the parameters in the OP, 1-13, 14-26, 27-39. Here's what I got:

140, 230 and 320 once

So over a short term (30 draws) the propenderence for Illinois is 131 and 113.

What is suggested here is creative and has merit.

But I prefer dividing the 5/39 number groups into multiples of 5 or slightly more. I do factor in the odd/even high/low analysis and look for trends occurring and trends about to occur.

There are other patterns I look for too: two examples would be adjacent and consecutive numbers.

It does apply to any of the pick5, pick6, pick whatever, because the only thing that changes is the number sets. If I was a gambling man (hey I am!) I would wager that if you looked at any game of these types going back 50-100-150 games the same patterns would emerge if they are ball drawn games. As I posted earlier, I use the decades 1-9. 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+. The pattern combinations possible with the 1-39 and less games is manageble and easy to derive repeating patt... [ More ]

if you check the other post by TnTea on the jackpot games forum, titled: Are you ready for some PB Schooling you are going to find very important information i replied to that post on Ga's Win4Life, but it could apply to any 5/39, 5/35, 6/42 game etc...For example if you look at pick5 at the 2-1-2 and you look at the numbers that have played under that specific type (2-1-2, and not 2-2-1 or others) you would noticed that the numbers some of them played on previous draws, draws that have 2-1-2... This system is very similar to what I use. The difference are the sets, I define by four sets 1-9,10-19,20-29,30-39 or singles, teens, twenties, and thirties. A repeating pattern will look like 1121, 2111, 1112 for 5/39 games and 2211, 0312,1122 for 6/39 very similar to the thirteen number per set breakdown, giving us the three digit patterns. Another thing I have noticed in the TN 5/39 is that sometimes a quadrant won't hit. I checked the last 12 drawings and found that 7 times a quadrant didn't hit. May be something else to look at.
