What's Hot and Cold ? Here is one way to look at it. It's the expected Math averagehit rate in a certain amount of draws. This is a good chart to copy until you are able to do it on the fly.

10 draws 3 hits per number (average over the 10 draws)

15 5

20 6

25 8

30 9 in one month.... should average 9 all postions

40 12

50 15

60 draws 18 ...... hits per Digit...average.

Fish bowls spun 84 times ..... and 84 times no digit 4 came out that little hole at the bottom.

3 chances a day ..... for 28 days.... no digit 4.

Cheap bet.... at least play the doubles.

11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 00 4 and ....

the reverse.. 44 1234567890

5 bucks a day ...... if it hits as a double it was a great bet. If it doesn't it was still a pretty good bet. LOL
