Considering the divorce rate in this country, an RNG (random nuptials generator) might not be a bad idea. I hope it would give the player a choice of gender however! What happens if nobody wins? Do you call it a rollover? Do you get twins

Great find!

I'm just making conversation on a slow weekend here, so....

I guess we coud say that as far as the lottery goes (the people runing any specific lottery) it's only a quick pick if the ticket says QP, but as far as the players are concenred, any numbers chosen by any type of RNG is a QP.

You are getting too technical here. The answer is simple. To the lottery a QP is a number generated by the lottery terminal at the retailer. You can call a number anything you want, but it isn't officially a QP. I was trying to think of a good analogy, but nothing is coming up in my head. No matter how it is chosen, if you need to write it on a card and it doesn't come from the retailer, it is not a QP. Any transaction in which you have to TELL the attendant what numbers you want OR you fill out actual numbers on a card isn't a 'Quick Pick'.

A 'Quick Pick' is where you tell the attendant you want a 'Quick Pick' and he pushes one button and you get one, OR you

take a card and check the box 'QP'.

If you win the lottery, and you do it with a third party RNG, you still have to fill out a card, therefore, in the eyes of the Lottery Officials, you did NOT play a Quick-Pick. Irregard... [ More ]

It doesn't matter WHICH random number generator you get your lottery numbers from, the basic function of ALL random number generators is the same....to give out quick picks .

A QP cannot come from anywhere BUT an actual terminal.

A 'QP' from here is not a 'QP', it's an RNG from a third party non-affiliated vendor.

You can view it either way. Personally I consider it a

QP only if it comes from a terminal. Because you have

no control over it all. Some people may pick a lot of

QP's from a RNG until they see one they like, which to

me is an element of control. So it is the same as

playing your own numbers. The lottery will see that

way as well. Even if it is still a QP, but just from

another source.

One strategy I like is to use past QP's as future

plays, which then become personal numbers, noneth... [ More ]

Would this be considered a 'double quick pick' of sorts...

Let's say you're playing your states lotto jackpot game, a pick 6.

You come here to LP and go to Puick Picks, and get one set of numbers. Most states offer two lines of numbers for a dollar play. So you play the set of numbers from here - it's a qP here, but you mark in the numbers - then you play the other line on your playslip as a QP.

Let's say the number from here hit. Would you consider the ticket a 'double quick pick... [ More ]
