Exactly like other states raffles they have been having. Except the 5 $1,000,000 prizes are annuitized. But the odds of 1 in 654 are the best I have seen from any of them so far. Well at least the Michigan Lottery listens to it's players!

It is funny I have been emailing the Michigan Lottery to have one of these raffles because I thought PA's and OH's did well and I wanted to try it. Well looks like they took my advice and can't wait to play this. I believe it starts in November and the drawing is right after the new year. Looks interesting.
