Example of Sum total constraint...For example you want the software to wheel you a wheel that will give you 10, 5 of 6 for a reasonable prize but for example you want the combination sum total to be exactly 134 total sum (or whatever group of sum total you may add)...(by that i mean whatever group of total sum constraints you may add)....

What we need i believe to beat Ga's Win 4 Life is a wheel that will have as a constraint pumpi's sum total (is a post by pumpi76)...A software that will analyze the 70 previous draw total sums (or whatever number) and see the the upcoming draw of sum total will not be any of the previous 70 draws, thus eliminating the need of those 70 previous draw sum totals and leaving a few sum totals left that should come out soon ir not on the next draw...If a software can do that then create a wheel using...
