			<description><![CDATA[<p>You would probably be more successful in your search by checking the PICK4 forum instead of the JACKPOT forum.  As far any lottery system being proved, most any will work if you are willing to pick an unlimited amount of combinations using it, after all the possible combinations are limited and the closer you get to covering them all (usually after 50% coverage) the more likely you will have a winner.
