Firefox is the best plan for people running Windows 98 or ME, because Internet Explorer on both of those operating systems is just plain buggy and weak. Firefox, on the other hand, is very good on all platforms, which is its strength.

Firefox is also a fairly lightweight browser, so it won't bog down your system.

For those with newer computers, I would recommend Internet Explorer version 7, which can pretty much do everything Firefox can, but it also has sl... [ More ]

Just so there's no confusion, these are the proper instructions for adding cut/copy/paste to Firefox.

As Excalibur had mentioned, Windows 98 and ME users will need to save the file in the path starting with C:\Windows\... rather than C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\... , because Windows 98 and ME are single-user operating systems, and all your settings are stored in the Windows folder, rather than a Documents and Settings folder.

No, don't advise people to do that. Everyone will have a different path name at the end, which is why I included instructions the way I did. You are the only one with the path 5uydmpd3.default . It's easy to find using Windows Explorer, as I had mentioned.

You had to clear your cache because I had re-installed the whole site, as I had mentioned in my initial posting above. I cimpleted the install a few minutes before posting the message.

I didn't know AOL had a feature like that, it sounds very good, especially considering their overly-aggressive caching. It sounds like a tip that could be useful for other AOL users here.

The only bug that I witness occuring is a time-out when accessing the site or refreshing. I also notice this during the early morning and sometimes, mid-morning. Sometimes, a quick refresh will bring me back to the site. Other times, it may go on for hours. This is usually occuring on the weekdays and not as much on the weekends.

Thanks for all you do.
