			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s little different (though I dislike the Free ticket thing more) than if you buy a dollar scratch off and the prize is $1.00.  You win nothing, really.  But when they say  Free ticket  they are only helping themselves, since they don&#x27;t have to fork over the $1.00, and you have no option as to whether you want to take the dollar and spend it on another ticket or not. It&#x27;s another way to take away your choices.</p>]]></description>
