Yes, this is true. You could do a search on just about any state to figure out which 3 digits have had the highest hits among your state's history. That might be a good basis for developing a state=specific strategy.

I have experimented with this for a while now and found that the best results for Oklahoma are found when using 2-7-8 instead of 3-8-9. I guess every state will probably be a little different.

389 I considered a wildcard (The Joker,) sense it dosen't have the 0,1,2,4,5,6 or 7 to be paired with the 3,8,9, concept when I had broke down each digit combination group. I got caught ounce before with 389. It would not hurt to place it in each group.

I have backtested this and have found that my theory of working with the hot 3-digit series in conjunction with the 3, 8 9 is quite profitable. Rarely will it go past three drawings in a loss situation.

When I made that post just now...what I was getting at was the 3-Digit Series - strictly defined as a string of numbers that have hit over the most amount of past draws in a streak pattern. For instance, the 1, 5 or 7 have drawn the past 20 draws in a row. You would either play these numbers to pair with the 3, 8 or 9, or you play against them. If you play WITH the 1, 5 7, then the most numbers you would have to play is 72:

You are exactly right. The progressions might be essential for this type of game with the high amount of numbers being played. I was also contemplating a skip theory with this in that if you see that 3, 8 or 9 has missed 3 times, then jump on it for any state. If you have the bankroll, you could make quite a nice income from BetSlips.

Again...fantastic work! I would find this interesting to combine with the 3 Digits out theory. You could take the furthest 3 Digits out, especially if they are 5 draws out each, and combine them with the 3, 8 9 and get a strong group of numbers.

You are welcome. Haven't finished Duke testing but did some number crunching on occurences. This is for Kansas which seems to be pretty hard to hit consistently.

Longest skip for 389 concept-6

Very interesting concept. For 10/29 All States play out of 28 draws 13 returned one of the three digits. I am looking at tying this to Duke for KS play. Back testing shows this may reduce the numbers even further. Means more money.

Here is an example state, Va and SC and the strenght of this 3,8,9 Concept:

Notice the lapse in combos with no 3,8,9's digits (very little skips, 1 to 3 draws), now notice how many draws do have 3,8,9 digits in them.....this is a plus and why I only pick combos with only 3,8,9's in them. 84 single digit combos rather than 120 and 48 doubles rather than 90. This cuts the odds down much to our favor in number reduction. I find this to hold true in other states as well.
