I know what you mean about the people trying to sell their houses....stubborn. The people next to me, that rent it out, may be in the market to sell and I think he will sell low. they just put in new windows ,heat, air ...don't know what else. He has been stiffed by the previous 2 renters....it is a big house, tho 4 bedrooms about 2400-2600 sq ft. thought you were looking for something smaller, but will find out what he wants, if he choses to sell.
