simple, out of the 55 or 56 white balls + the mb pb ball depending if megamillion or powerball you pick your best 15 white balls you think will hit...purpose is to simply put the odds in your favor when playing tickets...instead of picking numbers you know wont hit ,pick numbers out of your best 15, or research compare with others posted numbers , all players have 10-15 different numbers than others so maybe you can compare and notice hey that guy has the number 29 on his list i dont , i...
